UND Honor Band, Choir & Orchestra Festival
Audition Registration Form

Please list the names of your students who will be auditioning for the UND Honor Band, Choir, and/or Orchestra. Students (grades 10-12 only) may audition for all groups, but can participate in only one ($10.00 per audition). Please provide all necessary information for all students. Upon receipt of this list your students will be assigned audition times, and a master audition schedule will be mailed to you.

Directions for multiple entries: Fill out the form completely for the first four students. For any subsequent students, click the browser's back button and fill out only the school name portion of the the director information and the complete individual student information.
